Woke up one fine August morning, ready to tackle the day. My heart sunk when I saw the thermostat at 82 degrees. Immediately headed to google and called a well-reviewed, local AC Repair business. I was put on the "next available" list and waited patiently for the call. No call. Spent a sweltering 91 degree night, and a friend recommended ACS. The next morning, Brad had my issue diagnosed and fixed by 9:15am. He even gave some energy savings tips and checked on the warranty status of my existing equipment! Great service. Fast and friendly. Don't waste time with those others guys. Call ACS!

We needed a second opinion for an elderly family member who got a pricey estimate when she called another company about a concern with her heater. I was concerned the other company was trying to rip her off / take advantage of her! Upon hearing about the pricey estimate and living in Arizona and not being present for the initial estimate, we wanted a second opinion to determine if truly the recommendation by the other company was really necessary. I called ACS on Monday morning, and they arrived on Monday afternoon! Joseph called me personally to let me know what he concluded and he was informative, thorough and SUPER HONEST!! He said that everything looked fine. He said he tested the pressures of the unit and did an overall inspection and everything was in working order! He even changed her air filters!! They did not even charge a service fee!!

Needless to say, EVERYONE in the family (several family units) who lives in Abilene TX will be using ACS Heating and Air because they are HONEST and ETHICAL!!! We have already spread the word!! Family members will go out of they way to tell friends and strangers too!! Such an honest company deserves our business and the people of Abilene deserve to work with an honest company, not one who will take advantage of an opportunity to make money even if the work is not needed!!! Call them to your home or business and I'm confident you will also be as impressed as I am!!

ACS came to drop a vent in room that had been added on to my parent's house. They were so nice and professional. They got the job done in a timely manner, cleaned up their mess and were very reasonable. Just super nice folks. Definitely would use them again!

I highly recommend Brad from ACS. I called late on a Thursday night and he called back by nine the next day. He came as soon as he could to fix my elderly father's AC, checked the heater for winter and pointed out some things that weren't dangerous but also not up to code (they live outside the city limits). He explained what had happened and was very nice and polite. I will definitely use again if needed.

I came home after a week away and found an a/c
Not working!! I called ANOTHER company and got the words " I am sorry, I will have to order parts, you will not have a/c tonite". I wanted a second opinion and got a hold of BRAD at ACS heating and air!!! He came out after hours and went OVER AND ABOVE doing something that anyone else would be too lazy to do!!!! He took the bad part off and
re-fabricated the system so I could have air conditioning TONITE!! I will still have to replace the part but I would have anyway!! He was able to keep my family home tonite in a cool house. I am thrilled and amazed with this man.

I cannot give them enough stars! Fast, reliable service!! They won't quit until the job is finished and you're sitting in a nice, cold house again. Two times our AC has gone out and they were at our house with in an hour that we called, and had it up and running. Brad is teaching his son the ropes, and soon he will make a great technician.
